SYSTEM OPERATING
PRINCIPLES
Principle
chart and system configuration.
The system provides useful and
flexible configuration, satisfies companies’ requests. On basic, the system
includes these components below:
On - line operating system,
the computer is always connected with the Reader to receive data. In case of
the administrator needs to manage places, the system can connect to 99
Readers. It also uses the Proximity - Card, genuineness PIN or only uses the
card to open. The whole systems are controlled and configured from
computer.
The centre management system
manages and publishes card which is used on the system. Computer will
manage all the exits/entrances transactions, the whole data which related to
the card users, print timing report, exit/entrance situation, and it also
supplies data to the others systems.
Issuing card: each card
has special code, the code is protected and checked automatically at the
exits/entrances. The card user’s information and their photo are printed
outside the card.
Control stores in the system
will supervise exits/entrances, vehicles checking barrier, record and send
data, information situation of the computer system, includes: gates
situation, barriers opened/closed, card code, personal code, date, time and
check the connection system (alert, fire alarm, explosion - proof…).
Expand ability of the
system: the system allows to connect up to 99 controllers, manage more
than 10.000 card users.
Ability of connection and control
the others equipments: the system permits to connect and control
equipments such as: electronics lock, e-barrier, etc…
CARD
READER AND PROXIMITY CARDS
The card applications in
outgoing / incoming administration have been applied for years in the world.
Starting with Punch Card and then Card with Magnetic Stripe, and nowadays is Proximity
Card.
Proximity Card contains
EPROM inside to write database, connected with Card Reader by
wireless via its built - in antenna
The Card has many advantages
such as: better security, difficult to forge, faster reading…It subdues the
disadvantages of the Card with Magnetic Stripe.
The Proximity Card has size:
8,57 x 5,40 x 0,18 cm, correspondent to Card – Visit. The Card users’ full
name, company, position, personal code and their photos are written on the
Card. It is covered in a water and wet proofing nylon bag and used as
either employees’ card or timekeeping Card. The Card Reader is a Proximity
Card Reader, which has small form.
Card Reader
The Card Reader receives signal and data
and sends them to the computer. These database are immediately stored to
the memory and checked with the available information in memory.
The Card Reader will inform to the Card users about the valid or invalid
circumstances by “bip” sound.
TIMEKEEPING & OUTGOING/INCOMING ELECTRICS SOFTWARE
This software is installed in
the computer, connected to the Reader and automatically recorded time of
incoming/outgoing of employees.

The
program totals up data and make reports, such as:
- Report employees’ time of
incoming / outgoing everyday or summary in a period of time per
requests of the administrator
- Report number of present staffs, staffs’ personal details by department.
- Report visitors’ time of
outgoing/incoming.
- Consult visitors’ name and
time of outgoing/incoming when the events happened.
- Make reports
according to the users’ requests consistent with humans administration
requests…

The Cards Reader System is
connected with many control currents to supervise incoming/outgoing visitors
at stations, apartment buildings, companies…
Control System is
studied and produced by NacenComm with many eminent features, such as:
- Tightly control
outgoing/incoming visitors and restrict each staff can only use one card to
get in and out.
- LCD and alarm lights to
inform control system working situation.
- Open and close control
system quickly. Able to adjust opened/closed time of the system to be
consistent with reality.
